Zero Gravity
Rosie Pedlow; Roderick Mills, both London
Research and Development Award: £15 000

Zero Gravity’ sets out to explore the themes of illness and death, using gravitational states as metaphors. Film-maker Rosie Pedlow and illustrator Roderick Mills aim to create a work that will challenge and subvert preconceived notions of illness and death, in this instance cancer. The artists propose to research and develop a short part-animated film inspired by the work of poet Gwyneth Lewis.
