'Cures and Curiosities: Inside the Wellcome Library' was published in June 2007. Edited by Tony Gould and with a foreword by Sebastian Faulks, the book is an introduction to the Wellcome Library's collections.

Specialists highlight some of the Library's wonders and give glimpses of many more. The book is lavishly illustrated and punctuated by personal comments from notable authors who have used the Library, including Philip Hoare, Kathryn Hughes and Gillian Tindall.
