Sanger Institute open day

3 July 2003

The Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute and other residents of the Wellcome Trust Genome Campus opened their doors to the public on Thursday 3 July 2003. Members of the public attending the Genome Campus DNA Day were shown around the exhibition by Genome Campus staff, and took part in various hands-on activities, quizzes and competitions designed to demonstrate how the human genome works, and its impact on medicine and society.
