Starting a grant
Grant start certificate [Word 85KB]
This certificate must be signed by an authorised signatory at the administrating organisation, confirming acceptance of an awarded grant and its related conditions.
Delegated signatories [Word 64KB]
This form must be completed and signed off by the Chief Financial Officer of the administering organisation, giving details of the finance officers authorised to sign off Organisational and End of Grant Spend Reports.
Delegated signatory - amendments, additions or replacements [Word 64KB]
The following form should only be used for changes required to your organisation's Delegated Signatory Form.
