Interview with Moffat Nyirenda, Director of SACORE

The Southern Africa Consortium for Research Excellence (SACORE) brings together universities and other institutions in Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa and the UK. Its main objective is to a develop a vibrant, sustainable research culture in participating African institutions by building a critical mass of research-active postgraduates, developing leadership in research, setting out attractive career pathways, and strengthening comprehensive research management and support systems.
