Connections to the EEA

• A candidate must normally be a national of the UK or European Economic Area ( EEA).
• Candidates who are not EEA nationals are eligible to apply if they have a relevant degree from a university in the UK or Republic of Ireland (RoI), or have worked in a UK/RoI university, hospital or institution for at least a continuous three year period.
• We are sometimes willing to consider enquiries from a host university regarding an exceptional biomedical research scientist who does not fall within the above categories.
