Broadcast

By working with broadcasters, you can help ensure the flow of research ideas and accurate content into the public’s single most significant source of information. We provide opportunities to influence and collaborate with broadcast professionals, stimulating the development of great biomedical and historical stories.

Getting involved with broadcast projects

We create links into the broadcast sector through opportunities to inform specific projects or proposals in development and to discuss, pitch and enrich new broadcast commission ideas. Find out more about the Wellcome Trust’s broadcast strategy.

We contact our researchers to involve the right people in specific projects; however, if you have an idea or want to know more about getting involved, please contact us.

Great stories, effectively pitched are the lifeblood of the broadcast industry, so it's not surprising that our Narrative Skills Workshops grew out of our work here. Take a closer look at how this training could develop your ability to communicate through broadcast media.
