The Education and Learning team commissions research to support its work or invests in specific projects. Please note that we do not have the facility to consider funding research or projects that come to us unsolicited.

We work at a national level, contributing to improving science education for all young people. Other than our local schools, we do not work with individual schools. If you are a teacher looking for a scientist to come to your school we recommend the STEM Ambassador scheme.

Many of the education resources and projects featured on these pages are funded through Wellcome Trust Engaging Science grants. If you have a project idea, please see further details about eligibility and how to apply for funding.
