Believers, Seekers and Sceptics
With talk of a 'new professionalism' and increasing interest into what and whom continuing professional development is for, the Wellcome Trust has commissioned an extensive survey to find out what teachers think about continuing professional development (CPD).
'Believers, Seekers and Sceptics: What teachers think about continuing professional development' is a report that identifies the differing attitudes among teachers from primary, secondary and further education in England to CPD, and explores their experience of training.
