Introduced by editors Hildi Hawkins and Danielle Olsen, it includes works by A S Byatt, Peter Blegvad, Helen Cleary, Hari Kunzru, Tobias Hill and Gaby Wood. Each piece, be it history of ideas or historical fiction, responds to objects in the 'Medicine Man' exhibition.
