Board of Governors

The Board of Governors of The Wellcome Trust Limited, the corporate trustee of the Wellcome Trust, carries out the charitable objects of the Wellcome Trust as laid out in the Trust's constitution.

Kay Davies Joined the Board of Governors in January 2008.
Michael Ferguson Joined the Board of Governors in January 2012.
Richard Hynes Joined the Board of Governors in January 2007.
Anne Johnson Joined the Board of Governors in January 2011.
Eliza Manningham-Buller Joined the Board of Governors in August 2008.
Peter Rigby Became Deputy Chairman in October 2010, having joined the Board in January 2008.
Peter Smith Joined the Board of Governors in June 2004.
