Graduate Development Programme: Facilities

Facilities management involves an integrated approach to operating, maintaining, improving and adapting the Trust's buildings and infrastructure to create an environment that strongly supports its strategic aims. Accordingly, the Facilities department combines a diverse set of professional disciplines to deliver the highest level of service. Activities range from building projects to business continuity planning, from catering to cleaning, from AV to engineering, from space planning to security.

During the first half of your time with Facilities, you will be seconded to each of our component sections in order to develop a full understanding of the services it provides, the issues surrounding their delivery and their integration with the whole.

In the latter stages, you will be engaged with specific projects, letting you build on this understanding and contribute directly to the department's - and the wider Trust's - successful performance.
