On the HR rotation you will get to know the Trust and its people inside out. You will have a hands-on role working with our team of HR generalists and specialists to recruit, hire, develop, reward and retain the very best, and help our people reach their full potential.

You will work closely with the business on day-to-day operational issues and on specific projects. These may be in recruitment, learning and development, reward, policy, employee relations or on a strategic performance enhancement project.
